SPC flooring is a sophisticated and innovative flooring solution that stands for Stone Plastic Composite. As the name suggests, SPC flooring is made by blending natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers. The result is an incredibly sturdy and robust core layer that forms the backbone of this advanced flooring option. The only flooring that can really compare to SPC in terms of robustness is solid wood flooring, but at around twice the price is doesn't fall within the budget constrains that SPC flooring buyers often seek.

1. UV layer:  The UV coating protects against excessive wear, provides superior clean ability, and provides superior stain resistance, prevents fading etc.

2. Wear layer: which gives the floor its resistance to stains and scratches, making them easy to clean. 

3. Decoration layer: The flooring patterns and the colors are printed on this layer. It makes the flooring look identical to natural materials like stone and wood.

4.Rigid core: this core is made from the limestone powder and stabilizer material, which makes the flooring rigidity and stability as well as waterproof.

5. Attached underlayment: some customer would choose the spc flooring coming with the attached underlay or not. The underlayment mainly help to add softness to the flooring, and reduce the sound. There are so many choice for the underlayment, such as IXPE, EVA  as well as the cork etc.

Our payment term : 30% as pre-payment to start the order , left 70% before loading  And with 7-20 days production time after the order confirm and pre-payment done .
6.Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?

7. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
